A Quiet Space

Immagina una mansarda che si sviluppa sotto un tetto inclinato in cui l'architettura contemporanea si fonde perfettamente con la luce naturale che inonda ogni angolo. Le travi in legno a vista si alternano a pareti bianche o decorate creando un contrasto affascinante. A pochi passi dalla Stazione Centrale e dai principali luoghi del centro storico. Completamente ristrutturato, arredato con tutti i comfort, ideale per coppie.

Lo spazio
Se desideri trascorrere una vacanza in una città vibrante e accogliente come Napoli, sperimentando tutti i suoi incredibili e unici siti archeologici e culturali, questo è il posto giusto. Situato al 5° piano di un edificio di inizio secolo scorso, con ambienti luminosissimi grazie ai bellissimi lucernari, l'appartamento è composto da un soggiorno con cucina completamente attrezzata e 2 camere da letto. Il bagno è dotato di doccia e di vasca idromassaggio. L'atmosfera è quella di un romantico rifugio nel quale l'architettura moderna incontra la bellezza naturale della luce creando un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi.

Asciugamani e lenzuola sono forniti .
WiFi gratuito (connessione in fibra FTTH).
Indipendentemente dal numero di ospiti sarà fornito un unico set di chiavi.

Altre cose da tenere a mente
L'appartamento non è adatto ad anziani, disabili o a persone con problemi di mobilità. Lenzuola e asciugamani puliti vengono forniti all'arrivo e non vengono sostituiti durante il soggiorno.
L'aria condizionata e il riscaldamento sono assicurati dagli split posti nel soggiorno e in tutte le camere da letto. Per utilizzare l'aria condizionata, il riscaldamento e i dispositivi elettronici è necessario inserire una chiave. Indipendentemente dal numero degli ospiti, verrà fornito un solo mazzo di chiavi. L'aria condizionata e il riscaldamento si spengono quando una finestra è aperta.
Un sovraprezzo di 20€ sarà richiesto per arrivi dopo le 19.00 (30€ dopo mezzanotte). Tutti gli arrivi dopo le 19.00 devono essere comunicati e confermati almeno 78h prima del check-in. Spero tu possa comprendere che dopo tale limite temporale non potrò accettare alcuna richiesta di late check-in.

Presumo sempre di avere a che fare con coppie che dormiranno insieme in letti matrimoniali. Se hai bisogno di dormire in letti/stanze separate dovresti essere così gentile da farmi sapere - almeno 48 ore prima del check-in - quale sistemazione preferisci.

The space
If you wish to spend your holiday in a vibrant and welcoming city like Naples, experiencing its incredible and unique archaeological and cultural sites, this is the perfect place. Located on the 5th floor of an early 20th-century building, with exceptionally bright spaces thanks to the beautiful skylights, the apartment consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms. The bathroom features both a shower and a jacuzzi tub. The atmosphere is that of a romantic retreat where modern architecture meets the natural beauty of light, creating the perfect place to relax.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole apartment.
Towels and bedding are provided on arrival.
Free WiFi (FTTH fiber technology).
Only one set of keys will be given regardless of the number of guests.

Other things to note
The apartment is not suitable for older people or people with reduced mobility. Fresh sheet and towels are provided on arrival and are not replaced during the stay.
Air conditioning and heating are ensured by the splits placed in the living room and in all bedrooms.. To use A/C, heater and electronic devices a key must be inserted. Regardless of the number of guests, only one set of keys is provided. A/C and heater turn off when a window is open.
An extra charge of 20€ will be applied for late check-in after 7pm (30€ after midnight). Any late check-in must be communicated and confirmed at least 78h before check-in. I hope you can understand that after this time limit I can not accept any late check-in request.

I always assume I'm dealing with couples who will sleep together in double beds. If you need to sleep in separate beds/rooms you should be kind enough to let me know - at least 48 hours before check-in - what accommodation you prefer.
